BNECL invites proposals from qualified consulting firms or individuals to provide professional services for the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive Job Evaluation and Salary Grade Structure, inclusive of a Performance Management System, as part of its post-amalgamation programme.
The assignment shall include end-to-end delivery from assessment and analysis through implementation, including change management and employee engagement, and the integration of legacy roles and structures.
Deadline for Submissions: February 11, 2026 at 11:30 p.m.
