OISTINS CONVENTIONAL BUOY MOORING MARINE SURVEY, INSPECTION AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

The Barbados National Energy Company Limited (BNECL) formerly Barbados National Terminal Company Limited (BNTCL) invites proposals for the provision of services that include survey of Conventional Mooring Buoy (CMB) system at Barbados’ Oistins Marine Berth which is used to discharge liquid petroleum products. This project requires the respondents to provide a full turnkey solution.
In summary, the scope of works includes:
Disconnect & reconnect subsea hoses
Survey, inspect and pressure test sub-sea pipeline
Survey and test flexible submarine Hose Strings
Provide quality assurance documentation and reports
