The Barbados National Energy Company Limited (BNECL) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the execution of repairs and remedial works at the MCC Building located at Fairy Valley, Christ Church, Barbados.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to :
• Internal floor crack repairs
• External wall moisture-ingress treatment and repainting
• Structural concrete spalling investigation and repairs
• Removal and replacement of roof waterproofing systems
• Roof drainage improvements and surface regrading
• Vegetation removal and preventative treatment
• AC condensate and downpipe drainage modifications
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, at 10:00 AM AST at the BNECL Fairy Valley Facility. All attendees are required to wear appropriate PPE, including safety boots, hard hats, and high-visibility vests.
Tender documents are available via the Government of Barbados Procurement Portal at https://gov-bb.bonfirehub.com. Interested bidders must be registered on the portal to access documents, submit queries, and upload tenders.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 11:30 PM AST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
