The Barbados National Energy Company Limited (BNECL) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for renovation works to the two-storey commercial office building located at Fairy Valley, Christ Church, Barbados.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
Removal of damaged wall finishes and surface preparation
Application of waterproofing treatment and repair mortar systems
Internal and external wall repairs and repainting
Removal and replacement of existing roof waterproofing membrane
Roof screed correction and drainage improvements
Cleaning and repair of roof drains
Associated restoration, finishing, and waterproofing works
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Friday, May 22nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM AST at the BNECL Fairy Valley Facility. All attendees are required to wear appropriate PPE, including safety boots, hard hats, and high-visibility vests.
Tender documents are available via the Government of Barbados Procurement Portal at
Government of Barbados Procurement Portal. Interested bidders must be registered on the portal to access documents, submit queries, and upload tenders.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 11:30 PM AST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
