Request for Donations/Sponsorship

We’re proud to support initiatives that align with our mission and values. If you or your organization is seeking sponsorship or a donation, we welcome your request and are happy to share our process below.

Who We Support

We consider donation or sponsorship requests from:

• Registered charities, community groups, or non-profits
• Educational and youth-based initiatives
• Environmental, health, or cultural programmes
• Projects that positively impact the community

What We Offer

Support may come in the form of:

• Financial contributions
• Product or service donations
• Sponsorship for events, workshops, or outreach programmes

How to Apply

To ensure transparency and fairness, all requests must follow these steps:

1. Include the following with your submission:
• A cover letter or proposal outlining your request
• Information about your organization or event
• How the funds or support will be used
• Details of recognition opportunities (if applicable)
2. Submit your request via email to samanthahazlewood-ermay@bnecl.com.bb or drop it off at our office located at Woodbourne, St. Philip, addressed to the Marketing & Public Relations Officer.

Timeline for Requests

Please submit your request at least 4–6 weeks in advance of your event or initiative. This allows us to review all applications thoroughly and respond in a timely manner.

Review Process

All requests are reviewed by our team. While we would love to support every worthy cause, unfortunately, we may not be able to approve all applications. We will contact you once a decision has been made.
