The Barbados Energy Company Ltd. Equips Students For Their New Journey
The Barbados National Energy Company Ltd. (BNECL) is proud to announce the successful completion of its support initiative for students who have completed the 2026 Common Entrance Examination. To show our support towards this significant milestone, the company provided essential transitional items to help students as they prepare to enter secondary school and embark on the next phase of their education.
Stationery kits, water bottles and homework books were among the essential items distributed to students from three primary schools within BNECL's catchment areas: Wildey, Fairy Valley, and Woodbourne. A financial grant was also presented to assist the schools with their graduation expenses.
This initiative aims to ease the financial strain on families, ensuring that students can begin their new school year feeling prepared and confident. It also emphasizes BNECL's dedication to social responsibility.
