BNECL to Introduce Newly Redesigned Bill
The Barbados National Energy Company Limited (BNECL) will introduce a newly redesigned billing statement for Natural Gas customers, during the month of June.
The updated statement forms part of BNECL’s ongoing commitment to improving the customer experience by making account information easier to read, understand and review. With a cleaner, more modern layout, the redesigned bill will provide customers with a clearer view of their charges, payment details and natural gas usage.
Ahead of the official launch, customers will begin receiving detailed information about the redesigned billing statement from May, BNECL encourages customers to review this information carefully and to become familiar with the new format once it is introduced.
In keeping with the company’s sustainability efforts, Natural Gas customers are also encouraged to sign up for E-billing, which allows for convenient and timely bill retrieval by email. Customers may register by contacting the Customer Service Team at customerservice@bnecl.com.bb
