Natural Gas Hurricane Tips 

Before the Storm: -

• Listen carefully to all authorized bulletins to keep track of the storm/hurricane. 
• Prepare your Hurricane Preparedness Kit. 
• Take note of our Natural Gas Division emergency contact numbers - 430-4000 or 430-4099. 

During the Storm: -

• Your Natural Gas service will continue to be available providing that there is no safety risk. 
• If you smell and or hear a gas-escape during the storm, shut off the valve and call our Natural Gas Division. 
• When the all clear has been issued, we will visit to rectify the situation. 

After the Storm: -

• If you experience any problems restarting or re-lighting your equipment or appliances, call us at 430-4000 or 430-4099.
