What each letter means (new bill)

• A – Your name and mailing address: This section displays the full name of the account holder along with the official mailing address on file. It is the address where all billing correspondence and important notices will be sent.
• B – Your account number: A unique identifier assigned to your account. This number should be referenced whenever making payments, contacting customer support, or accessing your account online.
• C – Service address: The physical location where the natural gas service is being supplied. This may differ from your mailing address and is used to identify the property receiving the service.
• D – Bill number: A unique reference number for this specific invoice. It helps track and identify this particular bill in case of queries, disputes, or record-keeping.
• E – Bill issue date: The date on which the invoice was generated. This date is important for calculating payment deadlines and determining whether the bill is current or overdue.
• F – Usage details: A breakdown of how your bill was calculated, including meter readings, billing period, number of days, gas consumption, and any applied conversion factors or multipliers.
• G – Usage graph: A visual chart showing your gas consumption over the past 12 months. This helps you track trends, compare usage across months, and identify any unusual spikes.
